The aim of this transformation was to focus the company's activities on a single line of business – operating as an independent financial agent in the insurance and reinsurance sector.

A long history on the Slovak insurance market. Tradition, reliability and expertise.
Martina has been working in the insurance industry since 2008 and has extensive experience from various positions at insurance companies and brokerage firms. She is an expert guarantor certified by the National Bank of Slovakia.
In 2012 she completed her university studies at the Faculty of National Economy of the University of Economics in Bratislava, passing the state examination in the study programme Finance and the study field Finance, Banking and Investment.
Throughout her career she gained valuable qualifications at numerous professional positions in insurance companies and brokerage firms, and after accumulating sufficient experience she purchased the company in 2020 and transformed it into an independent financial agent in the insurance and reinsurance sector.
At the Institute of Banking Education she passed the higher-level examinations for the insurance and reinsurance sector, qualifying her to serve as expert guarantor for insurance mediation activities. Currently, in addition to managing the company, she focuses mainly on handling large risks for top clients in the WIGRO-fin, s.r.o. portfolio.
Katarína has been working in the insurance industry since 2023, when she completed a 6‑month training programme in insurance mediation. At the Institute of Banking Education she passed the higher-level examinations for the insurance and reinsurance sector, qualifying her to hold the position of insurance administration officer. She joined WIGRO-fin, s.r.o. in 2024.
In 2009 she completed her university studies at the Faculty of Education of Comenius University in Bratislava, passing the state examination in the study fields German Language and Literature and Teaching of General Education Subjects.
Before working in insurance, she was employed at the pharmaceutical company SANOFI, where she held various roles in administration and HR support (executive assistant / office manager).
